- nur durch die Wahlfreiheit der Hinweiskanäle für Hinweisgeber*innen die Strafverfolgungs- und Aufsichtsbehörden ihre Arbeit ordnungsgemäß erledigen können.
- dies allein garantiert, dass dem Anspruch der Öffentlichkeit auf Aufklärung von z.B. Korruptionstatbeständen genüge getan wird.
- allein dadurch Arbeitgeber*innen ihre Verantwortung ernst nehmen, die interne Berichterstattung sicher und vertraulich auszugestalten.
- Beweise dafür vorliegen, dass die internen Kanäle nichtsdestotrotz als erste Anlaufstelle genutzt werden.
- dadurch die grundsätzlich garantierte Meinungs- und Informationsfreiheit gestützt wird.
