Whistleblowerschutz in der Schweiz und in Großbritannien

Am Dienstag, den 11.9.2007 findet vom 12:15 bis 13:45 an der Universität Basel (Faculty of Law, University of Basel, Peter Merian-Weg 8, Basel, Switzerland) ein „Brownbag Lunch“ mit Guy Dehn, dem Direktor und Gründer von Public Concern at Work statt. Hintergrund sind die Schweizer Überlegungen zur gesetzlichen Verankerung von Whistleblowerschutz, wobei man offensichtlich von den Erfahrungen in Großbritannien lernen möchte.

The Basel Institute on Governance is pleased to invite you to our next Brownbag Lunch with Guy Dehn , Director and Founder of the London-based Whistleblower Protection Organisation „Public Concern at Work“. Mr Dehn will speak about the experience of the United Kingdom in developing and enforcing a whistleblower protection legislation. This discussion is particularly well-timed as it coincides with a draft legislation currently being developed in the Swiss Parliament.
